READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY A CAR HERE! I don't even know where to start because there are so many bad things I could write about so I will try to use a bullet point format. 1. Hidden Fees - $1,000 for a Stargard 'theft recovery' GPS which my insurance company (Travelers) told me was useless and gave me no break on my insurance.. $400 for 'accident avoidance' which involved making the middle brake light flash, and they actually never installed it on my car, but still charged me for it!. 2. Dealer Conveyance of $997 which is so crazy on a $29K car, and certainly among the highest, if not the highest in Connecticut 3. Sales guy had the Auto Check report on his screen (but would not print it out) and he told me the car was in a minor accident, but that Auto Check "doesn't give any detail". Wrong - I got the report later (after I had purchased the car) and the Auto Check clearly stated at the very beginning of the report, that the car was in a frontal collision and had to be towed! Crazy that he could lie to me like that! 4. I was going to pay cash for car because after my trade-in, I only had a balance of $3K. But Sales guy spoke with his sales manager who said if I financed the car, and added an extra $12K to the amount being financed (and they would cut me a check for $12K a month later), I could get a better deal (and he said Blasius would get a "small kick in" from the financing company). The sales guy said I could pay off the loan after 3 months, with no pre-payment penalty, but the sales manager who was standing near-by corrected him and said I had to wait 5 months to avoid pre-payment penalty. Turns out neither of them were telling the truth because when I called the bank about a month into my loan, they told me there was no pre-payment penalty! Blasius wanted me to pay interest on their $12k loan for five months, which would have cost me almost $500! Really shady dealership. I sold the car as soon as I finally received the title, and lost $4,500 on the whole terrible decision to buy a car from them.

Went last week with my son he was trying to get himself a new car. It was really hurtful to see him so upset that happened because he chose to really think before signing for anything..

I feel I need to edit my past review to be fair. I need to eat a little crow here. The buying experience was easy and it was very little pressure. I definitely enjoyed that. My sales person made it a breeze along with there financial person. The fees were a little higher than I wanted so the over all price was more than I expected but I financed the whole thing and got the warranty. That being said the car took longer than I would have liked to have repairs done but they did a great job on it. It had to have a new transmission put in. The dealership stood up to there word and did a stellar job. It married great with the jeep. I did 150 miles this weekend and it worked like a charm. I'm hoping over time and experience with the dealership I can raise my score of there rating. Thanks again for the good work on the transmission. I know they can be a bear and to the detail guy. I love the jeep.

My family has been using Blasius for years - I was trying to finance my first loan through them but I am not able to at this time, I went and looked at several cars at other dealerships with my current car on its last legs, Another dealer tried to sell me a clean title/carfax one owner car that clearly had an accident- I walked out of the other dealer drove home And I reached out to Blasius and asked about a car on the lot, Dave went above and beyond went out to it, cleaned it up took videos and sent them to me, I had an appointment set up to go look at it at my earliest availability between work- Dave was very professional the entire time and even texted me to let me know something came up with the car - He tried to help me with other cars exploring options but upon talking numbers and reevaluating finances i realized it is not time yet for me to buy a car My family both blood and in law side has been using Blasius for years I hands down recommend blasius preowned on watertown avenue for anyone in the state from Danbury to Torrington to Southington who is looking for car. Very professional customer service, Very reasonable pricing, they won’t try and sell you more than you need and will really exhaust every option trying to help their customers and potential customers to be - never any major issues with the cars, And they will give you a heads up if there is! Also never had any issues on their warranties and maintenance programs such as oil/tires for life in the past. I will be back when i am ready and I will surely recommend Blasius Preowned as long as I am here and have friends/family living in Connecticut

I had a positive experience buying a car from Blasius. My salesperson Heidie was very pleasant and easy to deal with. The car I bought had a transmission issue soon after I bought it. These guys installed a remanufactured transmission and fixed the issue at no extra cost to me. Andrea at the service desk was very helpful. I am impressed by the integrity of this dealership and the people who work here.

I walked into Blasius to meet Erich Stewart for the first time and already knew I was about to make the purchase of a life time. A 2023 C8 Corvette.The afability of Erich and the entire staff was amazing. I must say that taking possession of this car was almost as exciting as the marriage to my wife or the birth of my children! I recently visited Blasius Preowned for the first time after my car was unfortunately totaled in an accident, and I needed to buy a new one, but was on a budget. I told the salesman, Jerry, that I was specifically looking for a blue Tesla Y, and he told me that one was coming in this week, and he'd let me know when it was available to see. The next day Jerry reached out and told me the car had just been delivered, and even sent me photos of it before they were posted online! I later went and saw the car, took it for a test drive, and loved it! Jerry was very friendly, did not make me feel pressured during the process, and answered all of my questions every step of the way. He worked with me to come up with the best price that he could to stay within my budget, and in the end I felt like I got a great deal. I had an amazing car buying experience at Blasius! The sales person Erich Stewart and the sales manager were both refreshingly transparent as well as pleasant and easy to work with. I was looking for a used HRV for my daughter and had visited several other dealers in CT and NY only to find that their online advertisements were minus thousands in upcharges and hidden fees. When I called Erich at Blasius, he was respectful of my time and transparent and forthcoming about all the costs in advance of visiting the dealership. He clearly explained the value in what Blasius had to offer. Not only did we save thousands as compared to what other dealers were charging for the same car; we were in and out of the dealership with signed paperwork faster than expected. The car we chose was so immaculately cleaned, you would have thought it was brand new! All the people at the dealership were authentically friendly. As we walked out with the keys to drive away, at least three other employees congratulated us on the purchase and thanked us for choosing them. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy from a business that will give you a great price, will value your business and will treat you with respect!

BEST TEAM EVER!!!! I bought a 23 Camaro zl1 last week from them if I wasn’t enjoying the car so much I would’ve reviewed them already by now lol, Rob, Dom and Kyle are the big three in car sales!!! They were quick, funny, clear and transparent!!! Of all car dealerships I’ve been and experienced I never worked with a team that worked so fast and so good! Not only that but they gave me the best deal any customer would be lucky to have Rob and Dom as their sales person, they help give me an offer better than I expected as if the deal wasn’t already good from their website they made it even better in person! Kyle the Financial manager was also amazing!! He’s a cool car guy me and him talked about cars especially his I don’t want put his business out their out of respect to his privacy but I’m jealous of what he drives lol but he was so transparent! Many dealers would force customers to take the warranty and won’t explain what they fully are and make it as a necessity if they want the car so they can make commission, but not Kyle! He explain every single option and made me feel like I have a choice to say no and because of how honest and transparent he was I had to respect it and got warranties he recommended I should get, he even suggested what I shouldn’t get until the near future like for example the “tire for life” he suggested that I don’t get it till later on since the car is practically new, that level on honesty makes me want to get the warranty when the time comes with them, even if it means driving two hours again to do so I will, those three are the best! Not to mention they even gave me an extra car key for free! My previous dealer never had that level of courtesy, I already recommended my friends and my mom plan to work with them in the near future by December if anything she was there with me when the sales happen so she know the team and the environment it was an honor to make business and soon more business in the future!!

Found the specific, rare car for which i was searching. It was at Blasius pre owned. I had never heard of them so I took the trip from NY to see the car. The car was as advertised and I bought the car. 3 days later I went back and took delivery. Every part of the transaction was great. From the moment I walked in I was treated respectfully and everyone there is so pleasant. There were no games/nonsense just a straight, easy deal. No upsells, no hidden fees, it could not have gone smoother. I buy lots of cars and highly recommend Blasius. Special thanks to Adam Betancourt the salesman and Bobby Fernandez the GM for making this such a great experience. ONE WEEK UPDATE: Took the car I bought to the dealer for the "post-purchase inspection" to take care of anything that may need attention. The mechanics could not believe how nice the car was. They put the car through a battery of tests (They are incentivized to find faults- real or imagined.) and found the car to be immaculate. They told me they had never seen such a clean car and doubted it had ever been driven in inclement weather. Great car! Great deal!

Barb was amazing she really cares about the individual, she’s very smart, understanding, and respectful 100% recommend.

If you are in the search for a new or used car I cannot recommend Blasius Auto group out of Connecticut enough! 3 weeks ago I purchased my dream mom car and they where so helpful and made the process easy as can be. Shout out to Heidie Rivera & Kyle Dubay for getting me in & out Quick as can be and answering all my questions. It was 2 weeks ago that Blasius Auto really went above and beyond when the speedometer screen on my dash went blank. I called the dealership in Waterbury, CT speaking with Dom Mascolo who had a mechanic on the road headed to my house in Sheffield, MA to look at the car within 2 hours of my initial call. When arriving at my house the gentleman was so nice trying everything he could to trouble shoot but realized that it was a larger problem than a quick driveway fix. They decided to take my car back to the dealership for further inspection leaving me without a car. Blasius then turned around the next day bringing me a loner that was as close to the suburban as they could get. Throughout the next week and a half they kept me updated as to what was going on with my car. Once they installed an all new dash screen they then returned my car to me at work! I am completely blown away with the quick, kind, timely responses that Blasius gave me through this entire process! Not to mention this entire process was paid for/covered by them. I will forever recommend them and without a doubt use them in the future.
